Tuesday, February 26, 2002Oly knowledge bowl dominates again!!!Despite an early setback in the written round Olympic High School knowledge bowl overcame a 10 point deficit and became the 4A regional champs again. Hoorah! This the two teams competing at state fromg the Olympic Pennisula will be OL1 and PA1, with kudos to CK3, BR1, and SK1 for there runner up finishes. PT1 was the number one overall team, over coming a HUGE third round deficit by jumping up THREE brackets in a 26 point round during the 4th. They beat OL1 by just one point in the top bracket during the 5th round, securing the Olympic region trophy once again. Must be something in the water.
