yeah know, I'm looking forward to going back to washington. I really miss the rain. And I miss real mountians. And trees.

On another note, I'm trying to think of all the physics major I hang out with on a regular basis:
Aaron
Conrad

Dan
Paul
Andy
Will

All the CS majors I hang out with on a regular basis:
Ricco (alright, CS-Math)

All the CS majors I hang out with sometimes:
Jackass
Chris
Andrew

Is there a disparity he

interesting song by a guy called MC Lars. The video sucks, however it does prove the MC Lars is possibly the dorkiest "rapper" ever.

apparently this guy is actually a bit up and coming, has some good press on his site.

On the topic of music, I heard a song a long time ago on the end (like junior high) that was just some guy asking a question and then taking a shot with a basketball and then a voice would say "swish" or "brick" as kind of a yes/no answer. Does anyone else remember that song? If you do, do you remember it's name?

CONGRADULATIONS DAN AND JOY ON GETTING ENGAGED!!!!

On the same note: WHAT!!! My friends aren't allowed to get ENGAGED!!!

Still the same note: Dan, you are now the ultimate wingman. Once your friend has picked up the hot chick you can now tell the ugly chick "Sorry, but I've got to get back to my FIANCE."

What absolute bullshit! Kofi Annan is now claiming that the US invasion of Iraq was illegal from an international law prespective. While you may not agree with the US invasion of Iraq, the fact is that there were three different resolutions against Iraq that promised action against them if Saddam did not cooperate. These same resolutions were used to back Operation Desert Fox (airstrikes against Saddam after he threw out inspectors) in the clinton administration, and many many strikes in the no-fly zones. There was precedent for military action against Iraq, and there were no limits on the scale of that action.

The US may not of acted in the spirit of the UN, but it did act within the letter of its law.

Supersonic, carrier landing capable, stealth, unmanned, and utterly deadly. Pilots are going to hate this thing, they're all going to be grounded.

Someone recentaly asked me why engineers and science types have to abbrevate EVERYTHING.

I currently work on a program called NAIS. What is that abreviation? NPOESS ATMS Instrument Simulator. Huh, what's that abbrevation?
NPOESS = National Polar-orbiting Operational Environmental Satellite System
ATMS = Advanced Technology Microwave Sounder

So, I work on NAIS, or National Polar-orbiting Operational Enviromental Satellite System Advanced Technology Microwave Sounder Instrument Simulator. Take your pick.

Since I can't really decide which canidate I want and both states I can vote in are almost certianly going democrat, I've decided to make a different choice in who I'm voting for: John McCain. I wanted him to win in 2000, and considering the exposure and support he is getting from BOTH parties he's a shoe in for 2008. Let's let him know we want him to run.
