ACK!!! I hate English!!!

Finals week is cool. No work, excpet english, and I don't even have to go to class for 3 periods a day!

I hope it snows, I don't want to go to school tomorrow.

Eric says:
"Write a well-organized essay in which you explain how the poet converys not just a literal description of picking blackberries but a deeper understanding of the whole experience."
Freddie Roosevelt says:
Oh no
Freddie Roosevelt says:
what is this for?
Eric says:
ap english
Eric says:
this poet needs a life
Eric says:
he's talking about picking blackberries and eating them
Eric says:
and it sounds like he's having an orgasm
Eric says:
he needs a girlfriend, cause something is horribly wrong when you have to resort to having sex with blackberries
Freddie Roosevelt says:
you see that is EXACTLY why I opted to take the class pass/fail, just so I don't have to do stuff like that...
Freddie Roosevelt says:
okay, now that is funny
Eric says:
there are blackberries on my street
Eric says:
and little kids walk by them on the way home from school
Eric says:
can you imagine what it would do to a kid
Eric says:
if he walked by them
Eric says:
and heard a moaning coming out of them
Eric says:
and then invesigated and saw a guy making love to blackberries?
Freddie Roosevelt says:
ROTFLOL
Eric says:
if i saw that happening i would just go have myself castrated
Eric says:
plus, blackberries have thorns, that's gotta hurt!
Eric says:
but thorns are like horns, so i guess you could say blackberries are horny
Freddie Roosevelt says:
LOL
Eric says:
which brings us to the moral of the story:
Eric says:
"Don't have sex with blackberries."
Freddie Roosevelt says:
LOL
Freddie Roosevelt says:
I think you need to use that as your essay
Eric says:
yeah
Eric says:
i'm writing about the meaning of life instead

WHAT AM AWESOME DAY!!!! There was sooo much new snow and I had so many good runs, I'm still stoked from being up at Steven's. Best Saturday of the season by far. I had three awesome drops today, two on cliffside and one into big chief bowl. Didn't biff any of them. Oh I'm tired though...

In other news, Erik Holk, Katie Henry, Ben Miller, and myself all suck at ping-pong.

I have now been addressed as "Knowledge Bowl Guy" by two different people from two different schools (BHS and PTHS). I don't know if this is a good thing or not...

Anyone want to give OHS $2000 to build a Battle Bot? Anyone? Cause I don't...

I finally got my Lettemen's Jacket. Apparently I look "Hot" in it. This comment was probabaly brought upon more by me sitting next to the heater while wearing it then my physical attractiveness, but one can hope.

Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy is an option for the AP english test!!! Wooohooo

Speaking of AP english, I still haven't done my book cards. Would somebody like to do them for me? I'll do Comp. Sci., physics, math, or manual labor for you...

*sigh* I should have skipped and gone and seen the carl vison and/or the Olympic torch today... oh well

If anyone has the answers to the 1998 or 1999 AP Physics C free-response questions please e-mail them to me before 11 AM tomorrow. My brain is about to explode.

It think I should pirate a broadcast frequency and start a radio show. Anyone want to help?

Something I forgot to blog about earlier: Today in english we were reading essays and grading them on the AP scale. All the girls in the class where just ripping apart this one essay, while my group (of guys) was being kinda complimentary. I said "I thought the last paragraph and the conclusion were really rushed." Mrs. Taylor said, "Yeah, I was a little rushed at the end when I was writing it."

The collectice look on the girls faces was worth a million bucks.

I woke up this morning at 6 am. There is something wrong with me I think. I NEVER wake up at 6 am, normally I don't wake up until at least 7:30 (school starts at 7:50). There was no particualur reason for me waking up at 6, I just did. I went to bed at my normal time of 1:30 am and BAM!!! four and a half hours later I was awake. I'm not happy about it.

Anyways I found out about an hour ago there is a shooting threat against CKHS on thursday, so it is an optional day. I think I'm going to go to 4th period anyways. Maybe my car will backfire and cause the entire school to freak out. Hey, that would be kinda funny... espicailly since I'll just be in my car.

Ummm, more news. Oh I started tutoring calculus today. Steish helped me, it was fun. I'm not sure if Andy (the tutoree) acutaully needed any help, he seemed to know most of his stuff. Now I'm just waiting for some poor junior in US history... hehehe...

Skiing was spectacular on Saturday, I silky light snow, moderate winds, ood visibility, and some my best runs of the year. I actually tricked (spread eagle to a grab), it was awesome.

Thanks to those that have signed the guest book.

Jessica caulkins if you read this, join knowledge bowl, your school needs you.

Other than that Spring sports workouts start tomorrow, hopefully I'm not too out of shape.

Godspeed, and may the force be with you.

Okay, I figured since everyone else has been doing this I might as well jump on the boat, six months late. I'll probabaly be really bad about regularaly posting. and spelling. and grammar. Anyways on the news front: Olympic High School won the summit award at knowledge bowl again this year! My team, OL1, took first over all over-coming a 4 point deficiate going into the final round to beat Bremerton 1 and CK2 by 2 and 6 points respectivaly.

In other news, if you haven't heard yet I got into Harvey Mudd College and accepted admission immediatly. I'll be going there in the fall, so I guess I better start buying shorts, since it is in california.

Ummm, if you want to here about anything else tell me I guess.
